Key ResponsibilitiesContract Administration
Review and understand work orders, contracts, agreements, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and contractual conditions.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare contract summaries and maintain a contract obligation tracker.
Monitor validity of work orders, agreements, insurance, guarantees, and other contractual documents.
Maintain complete and updated contract records and correspondence.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors regarding contractual requirements and deliverables.
Review contractor submissions, work orders, scope, rates, and commercial terms.
Monitor contractor performance against agreed scope, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
Support evaluation and recommendation of contractor/subcontractor claims and requests.
Coordinate with QS and project teams for measurement, certification, and contractor billing.




Review RA bills, work completion certificates, variations, and reconciliation statements.
Verify quantities and contractual rates before certification.
Monitor payments, recoveries, retention, advances, and other contractual deductions.
Support cost monitoring and commercial reporting.
Draft and review contractual letters, notices, responses, and communications.
Ensure timely communication of delays, deviations, non-compliance, and contractual events.
Maintain a proper correspondence and document-tracking system.
Coordinate with legal and commercial teams on contractual matters, when required.
Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Finance, and Execution teams.
Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on contractual and commercial matters.
Support the project team in resolving contractual issues affecting project progress.
