Role Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR team in managing recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection,



and onboarding of candidates.
Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR activities and employee-related matters.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll-related activities.
Assist in the collection, compilation, and maintenance of data required for HR compliance and statutory procedures.
Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day HR and administrative requirements.
Maintain and regularly update HR records, reports, and Excel sheets.
Support employee documentation, onboarding, and other HR operational activities.
Take ownership of assigned KRAs and additional responsibilities as directed by the management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accuracy in HR records and reports.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/HR Operations.
Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and interp
