Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief role based in Bengaluru. The Chief will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining service quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role involves monitoring guest feedback,



resolving escalated issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience. The Chief will also support budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with senior leadership to achieve operational and revenue goals.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality management, with responsibility for day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on inclusive and respectful workplace practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests, vendors, and colleagues.
Knowledge of basic financial and administrative processes such as budgeting, reporting, and resource planning.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and standard operating procedures for front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
