About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, video editing, and animation, along with hands -on experience in modern AI -powered creative tools. You will play a key role in creating engaging visual content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Create and edit high -quality videos, motion graphics, and animations
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful visual storytelling
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI -driven creative technologies
- Optimize content for different platforms and formats
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a rapid -paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Hands -on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Synthesia, Beautiful.ai, Fliki, or similar
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
- Experience in motion graphics and storytelling through visuals
- Good communication and collaboration skills
