We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in shooting and editing high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, excellent technical skills with professional camera equipment, and mastery of industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. You will play a key role in bringing our visual stories to life across digital, social, and branded platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, internal communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, marketers, and stakeholders to develop compelling video narratives aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to ensure professional-quality production.
- Perform post-production editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of quality, pacing, color correction, and audio balance.
- Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and background scores where required to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage video archiving and version control while maintaining an organized content library.




- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to video production workflows, technologies, and visual style.
- Support in producing behind-the-scenes, interviews, testimonials, product demos, or event coverage as needed.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s visual guidelines and tone.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 to 5 years of skilled experience in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing and shooting capabilities.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Basic knowledge of color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema-grade cameras.
- Prior experience working in creative agencies or production houses.
