We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.

- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Create high-fidelity prototypes for recent product features.

- Visual Design: Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers,



and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs.

- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify user pain points and areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

- Familiarity with Material design system, Fluent design system and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines is a plus.
