Key Responsibilities:

 Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics

 Structure Photoshop comps to optimise efficient production design and localisation workflows
using slices, smart objects, and layer comps

 Track and check on web graphics using a version control system

 Work closely with producers, traffic, development, publishing, and international teams to meet
project goals and ensure efficient file hand offs for localisation

 Review final webpages and HTML email with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and
layouts are flawless.

 Support training of newer team members

Requirements:

 A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years equivalent experience in a hands -on,
high -volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)

 Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic




design standards

 Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email

 Solid standards -based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge

 Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel

 Thrives in a challenging, fast -paced web publishing workplace

 Self -motivated with robust written and verbal communication skills in English, both written and
verbal

 Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers

 Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checking process, while also identifying
opportunities for improvement

 Ability to be client facing

 Proficiency in OS & iOS software

 Good awareness of current and emerging technologies

 Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results -oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
