The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling ticketing and check-in processes, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with ticketing and check-in processes - Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries - Process ticket sales and payments in a timely and efficient manner - Handle passenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights - Assist passengers with special needs or requests, including wheelchair assistance and special dietary requirements - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary changes to accommodate passengers - Maintain a clean and organized work area,
