Role Description This is a full time Service Technician role based in the Greater Delhi Area, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site field work and some work-from-home tasks. The Service Technician will perform regular maintenance and repair of solar inverters and related equipment at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting system faults, completing service reports, and coordinating with the service team to schedule visits and follow-ups.



The role also involves providing clear customer service, explaining work performed, educating customers on proper system usage, and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. The technician will use remote tools where possible for monitoring and basic diagnostics, and will collaborate with engineering or support teams to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills for solar inverters and related electrical or electronic equipment.
Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical and performance issues.
Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, equipment inspections, and completion of service documentation.
