Role Description
The Marketing Manager role at WeLaunch is a full-time, remote position responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth for our portfolio of AI-powered businesses. In this role, the Marketing Manager develops integrated campaign plans,



manages digital and performance marketing initiatives, and oversees brand positioning across channels. Day-to-day tasks include market and customer research, messaging and content development, campaign launch and optimization, and close collaboration with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals. The Marketing Manager monitors key performance indicators, analyzes results, and iterates quickly to improve acquisition, retention, and market penetration. This role also contributes to go-to-market strategies for new vertical AI systems and supports the continuous refinement of WeLaunch’s overall marketing framework.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution for technology or B2B services.
Robust skills in digital and performance marketing (e.g., paid search, paid social, email, and marketing automation), focused on measurable growth.
