About the Role
As a Business Development Intern – Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential students, connecting with leads, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
This is a sales-focused role and is ideal for freshers who want to build practical experience in sales, business development, communication, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand students' career goals and recommend relevant programs.
Explain program features, training structure, internship opportunities,



certifications, and perks.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle basic objections and answer prospect queries.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
Maintain lead and follow-up records using Google Sheets/CRM.
Promote courses digitally in multiple social media platforms.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for student onboarding.
Participate in sales campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
