About the Role

AirPitch is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations & Lead Engagement Executive to work closely with the Sales Director and manage the day-to-day movement of prospective customers through the sales process.

This is not a traditional sales or sales-closing role.

The primary responsibility is to make sure that qualified leads are contacted on time, product demos are scheduled and attended, prospects are followed up with consistently, and the Sales Director has clear visibility of every active opportunity.

You will be an important link between lead generation, prospects and the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management
- Receive and organise incoming leads from different channels.
- Understand the basic requirement and profile of each prospect.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM/lead tracker.




- Ensure every active lead has a clear next action and follow-up date.

Demo Scheduling
- Contact qualified prospects and coordinate product demos.
- Schedule demos based on prospect and Sales Director availability.
- Send confirmations, reminders and meeting details.
- Follow up with prospects who miss or postpone demos.
- Coordinate with the Sales Director before and after key meetings.

Follow-up & Lead Nurturing
- Maintain a structured follow-up cadence for every qualified lead.
- Communicate with prospects through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
- Share relevant information and keep prospects engaged between conversations.
- Identify prospects who are showing genuine interest and escalate them to the Sales Director.
- Ensure that promising leads do not become inactive because of missed follow-ups.

Sales Operations & CRM
- Keep CRM/Google Sheets/lead trackers updated.
