About the Role

You're a senior builder on a data-heavy, AI-integrated platform. High-volume data comes in through event pipelines, gets modelled for both transactional and analytical use, runs through LLM-powered analysis, and comes out in a data-dense product UI — all on AWS.

Not a features-in-someone-else's-codebase role. You take a slice of the platform, design it, build it, ship it, and keep it healthy.

What You'll Work With

Backend: Go (Gin, GORM, pgx, job queues) and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic v2, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, async)
Data and messaging: Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, S3
AI/NLP: OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs with structured outputs, grounding, and evaluation; sentiment analysis and high-performance regex for compliance pattern matching
Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript, Vite,



TanStack Query, MUI (data grids, charts)
Infra: Docker, Kubernetes via Helm on EKS, ECR, GitLab CI, dev to staging to UAT to prod, OpenTelemetry and structured logging
Quality: pytest and Go test suites, containerized integration tests, ruff, mypy, ESLint

Responsibilities

Turn requirements into service design, then build and ship it
Build high-volume ingestion, event-driven workers, and LLM integration with proper guardrails
Design schemas and data models that hold up as data grows
Own your deployments end to end, including CI, migrations, and what happens after they land
Instrument the platform, watch it, and fix it when it breaks
Work across the stack when the work demands it, frontend included

Required

3+ years building production systems with real ownership
Deep fluency in Go or Python, and willing to be productive in the other
Multi-service design: data models, APIs, queues, idempot
