About the Role -
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of marketing and growth at Trendy Traders Academy.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on marketer who can plan and execute campaigns, manage paid advertising, generate quality leads, optimize marketing funnels, build the brand, and drive overall customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for turning marketing initiatives into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities -
Own the overall marketing strategy for across paid, organic, content, social media and other growth channels.
Plan, launch and manage Meta, Google and other paid advertising campaigns with a focus on lead quality, CAC and revenue.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, offers, launches, workshops, webinars and promotional campaigns.
Manage the complete marketing funnel — from awareness and lead generation to nurturing,



conversion and retargeting.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall customer acquisition.
Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and revenue contribution.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with content, creative and video teams to develop high-performing ads, creatives, social media content and marketing assets.
Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, partnerships and acquisition strategies.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent opportunities and trends in the trading and financial education space.
Track and report key marketing metrics through regular marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across campaigns and channels.
