About the Role
High-ownership HR role responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all open positions, quality screening, and smooth HR operations. Ideal for someone target-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working directly with founders.

What You'll Do
I Talent Acquisition
Draft JDs and manage job postings across relevant platforms
Source candidates through job boards, communities, WhatsApp hiring groups, and agency relationships
Run first-level screening calls for all roles — assess role fit, communication, and cultural alignment
Own full recruitment lifecycle for operations roles: sourcing → screening → coordination → offer → joining




Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and strong conversion ratios

II HR Ops
Manage onboarding: documentation, kit and laptop handover
Maintain HR records, trackers, and employee documentation
Own office policies and ensure day-to-day compliance
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Conduct regular check-ins with employees

What We're Looking For
5+ years of skilled work experience
Knows the right platforms to find the right talent — and finds creative ways to source
Comfortable giving direct feedback to founders
Strong communicator with sharp judgment on people
Active in hiring communities and networks
Maintains relationships with recruitment agencies for volume hiring needs
Organised, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced setup
