Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and cost optimization for maximum ROI.
Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B test different creatives and messaging.
Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for effective targeting.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions).
Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and new advertising features.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.




Track and report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Manage pixel tracking, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.

Skills

3-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
Solid proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
