DRS Financial Services is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented Sales Executive to join our Financial Services team.

What you'll do:
→ Acquire new clients and generate business
→ Explain mutual funds, SIPs and investment solutions to prospects
→ Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
→ Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
→ Generate leads and referrals, and convert them
→ Achieve monthly and annual business targets
→ Maintain CRM records and reporting discipline
→ Follow defined sales systems and processes

What we're looking for:
→ Graduate, with 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)




→ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
→ Target-driven mindset, comfortable with challenges
→ Interest in financial markets and products
→ Comfortable working with systems, CRM tools and structured processes
→ Eager to learn and build a long-term career in financial services

Prior knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, insurance or bonds is a plus, but not mandatory — we'll train the right attitude.
