Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and selling opportunities in the US market.

* Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to generate qualified meetings.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and follow-ups.

* Engage prospects to understand their business needs,



challenges, and concerns, and qualify opportunities effectively.

* Schedule qualified meetings and create strong handoffs for the sales team.

* Handle initial objections and communicate Volopay's value proposition effectively to generate interest and move prospects toward a product demonstration.

* Capture and share prospect and customer feedback with the sales and management teams to support product and go-to-market improvements.

* Manage leads effectively in the CRM, maintain accurate lead statuses, and ensure pipeline data and reports remain up to date.

* Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, SDR, or Outbound Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.

* US Market Experience: Experience prospecting or selling into the US market is preferred.

* Strong Hunter: Proven ability to proactively identify prosp
