About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our D2C women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and grow our community.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and target the desired audience.
Assist in photoshoots, product styling, mood board creation,



product naming, descriptions, and creative assets for social media.
Research, conceptualize, and develop marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and optimizing strategies.
Manage the brand’s website and e-commerce platform, ensuring updated product listings and a seamless user experience.
Spearhead monthly email newsletters to engage and retain customers.
Identify and collaborate with key digital influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Develop engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube; explore current and relevant channels.
Plan, create, post, and manage daily content across all platforms in alignment with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing (fashion industry experience preferred).
