Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Junior Executive in Sales & Marketing, you will drive business growth, support client relationships, and participate in B2B market development:
▪ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research prospective B2B clients, steel manufacturing units, foundries, and industrial buyers across domestic and target export markets.
▪ Client Inquiry & Offer Management: Handle incoming inquiries, gather client specifications (chemical compositions, particle sizing, delivery terms), and coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to prepare competitive quotes and proposals.
▪ Market Research & Intelligence: Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations (e.g., Ferro Alloys, Vanadium, Molybdenum, Manganese), competitor activities, and prospective project announcements.




▪ Sales Coordination & Order Execution: Act as the primary liaison between clients, logistics, and production facilities to ensure timely order processing, dispatch schedules, and on-time delivery.
▪ Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain regular communication with existing clients to collect feedback, secure repeat orders, resolve queries, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
▪ Marketing Support & Digital Collaterals: Assist in crafting product specification sheets, brochures, and digital promotional campaigns for LinkedIn and trade platforms to promote DS ALLOYD's alloy offerings.
▪ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, daily/weekly status logs, CRM records, and assist senior management with sales performance reports.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
