Job Purpose
To facilitate and manage vehicle finance requirements for customers by coordinating with banks and financial institutions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely loan approvals and disbursements, and delivering a smooth finance experience while supporting dealership sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Finance
Understand customer financial requirements and explain suitable vehicle finance options.
Explain loan amount, tenure, EMI, interest rates, processing charges and other applicable terms.
Generate finance leads from showroom enquiries and vehicle bookings.
Coordinate with customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and transparent communication.
2. Loan Processing & Documentation
Collect and verify KYC, income and other required documents from customers.
Prepare and submit loan applications to approved banks/finance partners.
Coordinate with finance institutions for login, credit assessment, sanction and disbursement.
Follow up on pending documents, queries, approvals and disbursements.




Ensure all finance documentation is complete and accurate before vehicle delivery.
3. Finance Partner Coordination
Maintain solid working relationships with banks, NBFCs and Toyota finance partners.
Obtain competitive finance schemes and communicate applicable offers to the Sales Team.
Track daily finance applications, sanctions, cancellations and disbursements.
Resolve finance-related issues and escalate delays to the Retail Finance Manager.
4. Sales Support
Work closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to convert finance customers.
Provide finance quotations and EMI calculations to prospective customers.
Support the Sales Team in achieving finance penetration and related targets.
Identify opportunities for financing insurance, accessories, extended warranty and other eligible value-added products.
5. MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily finance lead and application trackers.
