Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position located in Gandhinagar for the role of Compliance Officer. The role includes monitoring and assessing compliance processes, preparing reports, identifying potential risks, and implementing appropriate corrective actions. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining strong communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities
KYC/AMLA supervision for institutional counterparties and compliance with MiFID Money Laundering Directives
Review of legal contracts and risk assessments of counterparties




Drafting of KYC and AMLA assessment reports and reporting violations to relevant FIUs

Qualifications
3-5 years as Compliance officer in a SEBI or IFSCA licensed entity
Relevant NISM and CAMS certifications
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
Knowledge and ability to operate applications and wallets for digital assets is a big plus
Familiarity with the financial services sector and relevant regulatory frameworks (especially India, EU, UK) is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or Professional qualifications such as CA or CFA
