Role Description The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations at the Mysore facility, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR records maintenance, and coordination with various departments. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities,



assisting in performance management processes, and ensuring timely handling of attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs in alignment with company policies. The HR Executive will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help maintain a positive and compliant work environment. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mysore, requiring close collaboration with management and staff to support business objectives.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
