? Key Responsibilities
Drive current business development and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, field visits and market mapping.
Develop relationships with corporate, industrial, retail, warehouse, institutional and commercial clients.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
Handle negotiations, follow-ups and business closures.
Develop existing client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain CRM, sales MIS,



lead trackers and regular activity reports.
Coordinate with Operations, HR and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding and service implementation.

? Qualification & Experience
Minimum Graduate from a recognized institution.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
5–7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Security, Facility Management or Manpower Outsourcing industry.
Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales.
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, networking and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales MIS.
Existing client network in Kolkata/West Bengal will be preferred.
Result-oriented, self-driven and willing to undertake field visits.
