We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team and help build a strong pipeline of potential customers. This role will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meaningful conversations for the sales team. The SDR will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth and contributing to overall revenue generation.

What you will do:

Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
Database Management: Maintain and update the company's lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all potential clients.
Sales Tools & Software: Utilize modern sales tools, CRM systems, and software for effective lead tracking, management, and analysis.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new lead-generation opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine targeting methods,



and enhance lead generation campaigns.
Feedback Mechanism: Continuously gather feedback to understand the success rate of generated leads, adapting strategies accordingly.
Reports & Analytics: Regularly present insights and reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of sales strategies.
Cold calling & outreach: Conduct a high volume of cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients, generate leads, and build strong business relationships
