About the Role
Karya is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join the Karya Learn Team. In this role, you will translate instructional blueprints into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials designed for adult learners with varying literacy and digital skill levels.
You will work closely with the Instructional Designer and Head of Learning to bring learning modules to life—writing scripts, exercises,



and assessments that make digital skilling intuitive and motivating. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, an eye for storytelling, and a passion for making learning simple, inclusive, and mobile-first.
Location & Reporting
This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
This role reports to the Associate Head of Learning and works closely with the Instructional Designer and design team
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging learning content, scripts, and copy based on the instructional design framework provided by the Learn Team.
Write clear and concise learner-facing text (video narration, quizzes, reflection prompts, activity instructions, and feedback).
Adapt complex or technical concepts into easy-to-understand language suitable for low-literacy and first-time digital users.
