Roles & responsibilities

·Possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue,
expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings. Use
this knowledge to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and
operations.
·Conduct analysis of P&L; and balance sheet statements to contribute to the
understanding of financial performance.
·Assist in the development of financial models to support forecasting and
planning, helping identify trends and potential challenges.
·Support the execution of financial projects, ensuring they are completed timely
and successfully.
·Contribute to process improvements and the automation of reports to enhance
efficiency and standardization.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management and
alignment of project delivery with strategic objectives.




·Assist in handling escalations and performance-related discussions involving
KGS teams and onshore stakeholders, aiding issue resolution and maintaining
documentation.
·Support the mentoring and guidance of team members, contributing to a culture
of excellence and continuous improvement.

Work experience

·Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA)
are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation
·Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an
added advantage
·Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating current roles
effectively from US Geo
·10+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting,
management accounting and FP&A.;
·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering
exceptional customer service.
