We are looking for an experienced Coupa SAP Support Lead to lead Coupa production support, AMS operations, Coupa–SAP integrations, and continuous improvement for a long-term engagement.

? Key Responsibilities

Coupa Production Support & AMS

Own end-to-end Coupa L2/L3 AMS / Production Support.
Act as the primary escalation point for Coupa and Coupa–SAP incidents, problems, and changes.
Drive incident resolution, RCA, preventive actions, and SLA recovery.
Manage ticket backlog, ageing, priorities, and SLA adherence.
Lead war-room calls for critical production issues.
Proactively identify risks related to transaction failures, integrations, supplier/invoice processing, performance, and availability.

? Coupa Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience across the following Coupa modules:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Invoicing
Expenses
Sourcing
Supplier Information Management (SIM)
Contracts / Contract Management




Solid understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Troubleshoot configuration issues involving:
Business rules
Approval workflows
Accounting structures
Tax and compliance
Supplier onboarding and supplier information
Sourcing events and processes
Contract workflows and approvals
Support Coupa releases and quarterly upgrades, including impact analysis and hypercare.
? SAP & Coupa Integration – Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
Experience supporting Coupa–SAP integrations across procurement, supplier, purchase order, receipt, invoice, and financial/accounting processes.
Experience integrating Coupa P2P, SIM, Sourcing, and Contract Management processes with SAP and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot integration issues across both Coupa and SAP and identify the root cause.
Experience with Coupa APIs, flat-file/batch integrations, and real-tim
