We work closely with HR, EHS, Safety, Plant, Medical and Leadership teams across enterprise organizations.
Role Objective
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will own and strengthen relationships with our existing enterprise customers.
The role will focus on understanding customer experience, identifying service gaps, coordinating internal resolution, maintaining proactive engagement and helping customers get greater value from Uno.care.




Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Own relationships for assigned enterprise customers.
Build strong connections with HR, EHS, Safety, Plant and Medical stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer check-ins and relationship reviews.
Customer Feedback & Experience
Understand what customers like, where they are facing problems and what needs improvement.
Capture feedback systematically and convert it into actionable internal inputs.
Identify recurring concerns and early signs of customer dissatisfaction.
Issue Ownership & Closure
Record and understand customer concerns.
Coordinate with Operations, Medical, Technology, Finance and other internal teams.
Escalate critical or recurring concerns when required.
Customer Health & Retention
· Maintain easy account health visibility
· Identify risks such as repeated complaints, reduced engagement, unresolved issues or declining service
