Position Overview Role Description We are seeking a professional who is comfortable working with code daily. The ideal candidate can write Python and VBA solutions, understand XML structures, interpret and troubleshoot code written by others, learn proprietary scripting languages, and apply these skills to improve tax operations processes and controls. They should possess a strong operational mindset and be passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalable business processes. As a member of the National Tax Operations Team, you are responsible for technically supporting and enhancing tax operational processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of operational knowledge and technical expertise,



enabling the individual to bridge the gap between tax operations requirements and technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing automation solutions, developing new process improvements, and understanding the underlying code and logic used within third-party tax applications and internal tools. The role requires hands-on coding, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration with tax operations teams to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and strengthen controls.
