Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of consulting and digital solution offerings. Daily activities include researching target markets, generating leads,



conducting outreach, preparing proposals, and leading client presentations in coordination with consulting and delivery teams. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine service offerings, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and track sales performance against targets. The role also involves representing The Elevate at industry events, gathering market feedback, and using data-driven insights to shape business development initiatives.

Qualifications
Individual with 2-3 years of prior experience with management or digital consulting firms (mid to large firms), or in technology services, is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
