Role Description The Senior Revit Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and documentation using Revit for a variety of commercial and corporate projects in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves developing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards,



and SMARTANK’s quality benchmarks. The Senior Revit Architect will oversee design integration with engineering disciplines, manage project timelines and deliverables, and support the preparation of construction documents and presentations. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with project managers and consultants, and actively participating in design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications

Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex design projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and related Software Development or customization for design workflows.
Experience with Integration of architectural models with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary systems.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
