The Team

A&M; is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a Client Relations Assistant to be based in our Regional HQ in Riyadh. You will join the Client Relations team in the Middle East – a recently restructured and refocused function driving a more proactive, data-led approach to market engagement across the region. The team plays a central role in supporting client registration, RFP management, and pipeline visibility for regional leadership.



As Client Relations Assistant, you will be the analytical and reporting backbone of the team – owning the data reporting, and digital tools that give leadership visibility into pipeline health and commercial performance. You will work closely with Client Relations Coordinators, Specialists, and Managers to ensure that client and pipeline data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready, while continuously enhancing how the team uses its digital infrastructure.

How You Will Contribute

Own reporting compliance across trackers, including the Client Registration Status Tracker and the RFP Management Tracker, always ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and circulate the monthly BD performance report, covering key metrics including opportunities won and lost, win rates, RFPs submitted by legal entity and by team, pipeline value, and other KPIs that support regional leadership visibility and decision-making
