What You’ll Do ✨

Partner with leadership on growth strategy, launches, campaigns, and big brand bets
Drive cross-functional execution across Brand, Growth, Influencer, Product, E-commerce, and Sales
Own dashboards, business insights, and leadership reviews
Lead high-impact projects and keep teams aligned, rapid, and accountable
Bring structure, speed, and smart problem-solving to everything marketing

Who You Are ?

3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, founder’s office, or high-growth D2C/FMCG brands
Analytical, organized, and extremely execution-focused
Someone who can think strategically but also get things done fast
MBA preferred
