Job Description Your Role Senior Process Associate - PTP Analytics, Automation & Transformation PTP Analytics & Business Insights Develop, maintain, and enhance PTP dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting. Analyze operational performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. Support the creation of executive-level reporting for governance forums and leadership reviews.



Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis and root cause assessment. Establish metrics that support operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management objectives. Automation & AI Enablement Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities across PTP processes. Support the deployment and governance of automation technologies, including Power Platform, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow tools. Partner with technology teams to improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and strengthen controls. Monitor automation performance and ensure expected business outcomes are achieved. Transformation & Strategic Projects Support execution of key transformation initiatives across the PTP organization.
