About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, campaign optimization, and lead generation with a strong focus on achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other relevant platforms. Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing ROI. Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages. Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend. Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) , and other tracking tools. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly rep
