This role focuses on detailed test planning, preparing test scripts and scenarios, executing system, integration, regression, and performance tests, and producing explicit test reports for GIS projects in the utilities domain. Responsibilities: Develop test plans, test cases, and test strategies for GIS applications and data workflows. Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing for Esri-based solutions (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, Utility Network). Validate GIS data integrity, spatial accuracy, topology rules,



and workflow configurations. Create and maintain automated test scripts using Python (ArcPy) for workflow and data validation. Use FME or similar ETL tools to validate data migration, transformation, and system integrations. Track test execution, manage defects, and prepare test reports using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail. Collaborate with developers, GIS analysts, data engineers, and business teams to resolve issues and verify fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements, test automation, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 6-8 years of software testing experience with strong GIS testing expertise. Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and preferably ArcFM and Utility Network. Experience with utility network models and GIS data workflows in Electric, Gas, Water, or Telecom domain
