About the Role

We are looking for a Franchise Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing prospective franchise partners, driving franchise sales, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Handle end-to-end client interactions from initial enquiry to franchise closure.
- Explain the CSB franchise business model, investment, commercial terms, and support structure to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Design, Finance,



and Legal for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Assist clients with documentation, payment formalities, location discussions, and other onboarding requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards expansion of the CSB franchise network.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Franchise Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Valuable presentation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
