Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who is highly motivated, self-driven, target-oriented, technically sound, commercially aware, relationship-building, cold-calling person, who can single-handedly generate leads, qualify prospects, manage accounts and create new business opportunities for our AV, UC and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a solid sales and growth mindset,



excellent communication skills, curiosity to understand customer needs and the persistence to convert prospects into meaningful business opportunities with consultative selling methods.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emails, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders, including CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leaders, and Operations Leaders using data extraction tools and then curating the right designations and prospecting them.
Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities and customer expansion potential and come up with creative ideas to prospect them and nurture them on a weekly/monthly basis.
Pitch relevant products, services, and technology solutions to prospective clients through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and presentations.
