Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who understands that content is not just about posting it’s about shaping perception, building attention, and creating cultural relevance.
As a Content Creation & Distribution Intern at TheBoredMonkey, you will work directly on building the agency’s digital presence and the founder’s personal brand across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.



This role is for someone who is deeply plugged into internet culture, understands storytelling, and naturally thinks about how content spreads, attracts audiences, and creates conversations.
If you’re someone who notices trends before they become trends, thinks in hooks and narratives, and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Own and operate the agency’s digital presence end-to-end from ideation to execution across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in voice, quality, and intent.
2. Actively manage and build the founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn shaping narratives, spotting opportunities, and turning everyday moments into high-impact content and PR visibility.
3. Think beyond “posting” focus on distribution-first thinking: how content travels, who sees it, and how it attracts the right audience (founders, CMOs, and high-quality talent
