Job Description for Business Analyst (Fluency in Japanese Language)

Experience – 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and opportunities.
Problem Identification: Identify areas of concern that affect business efficiency.
Solution Development: Develop solutions to improve business processes and operations.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Project Management: Assist in managing projects to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Documentation: Write transparent and well-structured business requirements and documentation. Preparing FSD, BSD, creating wireframes, mock ups.
Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.




Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking to develop effective solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams.
Fluency and communication in Japanese language is a must have

Typical Duties:
Conduct market research and analyze financial reports.
Collaborate with different departments to improve productivity.
Test business processes and recommend improvements.
Identify automation opportunities and implement them.
Product/ Application Demo to Customers

Educational Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) can be advantageous.
