We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and help us build and execute content and growth initiatives across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Create concepts and scripts for Reels, campaigns, and other marketing content.
Identify relevant trends and convert them into engaging content opportunities.
Use AI-powered tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
Support user acquisition, engagement, and growth campaigns.
Research competitors, audiences, and emerging marketing trends.
Analyse content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the team on marketing experiments and growth initiatives.

Requirements




Currently pursuing a 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate degree.
Strong interest in digital marketing, SaaS, AI, social media, and startups.
Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content.
Strong communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
Understanding of basic growth or performance marketing concepts is preferred.
A portfolio of content, campaigns, or personal projects is a plus.
Prior qualified experience is not mandatory. We value creativity, problem-solving ability, and execution.

Hiring Process
Our selection process is assessment-based rather than resume-first.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical marketing assignment related to Jobingen. The assessment may involve developing a campaign, creating content concepts, proposing a growth strategy, or solving a user acquisition problem.
