What You’ll Be Doing
Design and enhance Polarion solutions, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and user experience across global teams.
Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations,



and APIs that connect Polarion with critical engineering and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and engineering needs into scalable, maintainable ALM solutions.
Support platform upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution to ensure a reliable and reliable environment.
Establish development best practices and provide technical guidance that strengthens solution quality and long-term sustainability

What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions within Polarion ALM, including workflows, work items, reporting, dashboards, and customization.
Practical expertise in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and extension or plugin development.
Experience integrating Polarion with enterprise engineering platforms, preferably PLM environments such as Teamcenter.
