Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will identify and develop recent business opportunities in sustainability, carbon credits, plastic credits, and related consulting services,



while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role involves market research, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and regular reporting on sales performance and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also represent Climeto at industry events and support strategic partnerships that advance the company’s climate and sustainability objectives.
