IDREA – Renewable Energy & Sustainability is looking for a agile Marketing & Events Manager to strengthen our visibility, outreach, and stakeholder engagement in decarbonization, clean energy transition, climate action, and sustainable development.

? Location: Chennai? Experience: 3+ Years? Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent
? Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, marathons, tree plantation drives, workshops, webinars, and other outreach events.
Develop and manage an annual calendar of climate, energy, sustainability, and decarbonization events.
Coordinate with government representatives, industry leaders, academics, NGOs, speakers, panelists, and other stakeholders.
Manage event branding, stall design, promotional materials, registrations, logistics,
and vendors.
Prepare and manage event & marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Build strong relationships with industry associations, media, event organizers, consultants, customers, and other stakeholders.
Support the promotion of reports, white papers, policy briefs, newsletters, and research outputs.
Identify opportunities for articles, interviews, speaking engagements, podcasts, and media coverage.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, digital marketing agencies, and other vendors.
? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing / Communications / Events / Stakeholder Engagement
✔️ Strong event planning and execution skills
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
✔️ Experience managing multi-stakeholder events and campaigns
✔️ Strong coordination, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor-management skills
