The Head of Talent Acquisition,



APAC & Global Client Delivery is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth across the APAC region and our three Global Client Delivery locations. Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals, this role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders, owning the end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across a broad and complex hiring portfolio.
The role plays a critical part in shaping workforce decisions, providing insight into talent market dynamics, and ensuring the organisation attracts and secures high-calibre talent in competitive markets. Through close partnership with business leaders, HR colleagues, and external talent networks, the role drives workforce planning, recruitment innovation, and operational excellence while delivering scalable, diverse, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
