Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage room reservations, guest enquiries, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.



The candidate will be responsible for maximizing room occupancy and revenue while ensuring a smooth and qualified guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle reservations through telephone, email, online channels, travel agents, and other booking platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and no-show bookings accurately.
Maintain updated records of reservations, room availability, rates, and guest details.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Follow up on tentative bookings and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
Ensure accurate communication of room rates, packages, inclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
Handle group bookings, corporate bookings, OTA reservations, and travel-agent bookings as required.
