About the Role
Qualitia is growing its presence in the US, and we’re looking for someone who can help drive that growth. You’ll open conversations with enterprise accounts, build a robust pipeline, and create opportunities that directly contribute to our US GTM journey. Working closely with Sales and GTM leadership,



you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we expand in the region.

What You'll Do
Build enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound and account-based prospecting.
Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and engage senior decision-makers.
Generate qualified meetings and opportunities within Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
Develop personalized outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email, and phone.
Work closely with Account Executives to qualify and progress opportunities.
Leverage Salesforce ecosystem, partner, and referral-led opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce CRM.

What We're Looking For
5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Enterprise Prospecting.
Experience selling into the US Mid-Market or Enterprise market.
Background in Enterprise SaaS, Software, Salesforce, QA/Test Automation, DevOps, or related technology solutions.
