Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Business Development (1-3 years of experience) who can drive revenue through structured sales execution, strong communication, and clear intent.

This is a high-impact growth role where you will directly influence customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. If you enjoy selling, closing, and owning targets — and want to grow fast in a fintech environment — this role is for you.

Where You Can Create Impact





Drive inbound and outbound sales conversations
Own the full sales cycle — from discovery till closure
Able to independently communicate product value clearly to founders, finance teams, and operators
Build strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up systems
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve GTM
Provide market feedback to refine positioning and messaging
Contribute to growth experiments and revenue strategy

Requirements

Must Have

1-3 years of sales experience (preferably fintech or B2B)
Robust communication and persuasion skills
Demonstrated ability to close deals
Clear intent to build a career in growth/sales
Comfort working in a target-driven environment
Ability to join within 30 days

Good to Have

Knowledge of accounting or financial workflows
Experience in fintech / CA tools / B2B SaaS
Startup exposure
Experience handling founders or senior stakeholders
