Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Stress Analyst to join our engineering team. As an Aircraft Stress Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and evaluate the structural integrity and performance of aircraft components, systems, and structures. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with design requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards. Your analysis and assessments will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.

Responsibilities:

Perform stress analysis of aircraft structures and components using analytical methods,



finite element analysis (FEA), and other relevant techniques.
Evaluate and interpret engineering CAD models, specifications, and technical data to determine the structural requirements for aircraft design.
Conduct structural calculations and simulations to assess the strength, stability, fatigue life, and performance characteristics of aircraft parts.
Identify and analyze critical stress points, load distributions, and potential failure modes in aircraft structures.
Collaborate with design engineers to optimize the structural design, considering factors such as weight reduction, material selection, and manufacturing constraints.
Prepare detailed stress analysis reports, technical documents, and presentations to communicate analysis results, recommendations, and design modifications.
Perform static, energetic, and fatigue analysis to assess the impact of various loading conditions, including flight loads, landing
